Campfire Waiver & Terms
Please read before reserving a private campfire site.
Campfire reservations are NONREFUNDABLE. The farm is subject to close due to inclement weather.
Assumption of Risk
I understand that participating in campfire activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to exposure to open flames, smoke inhalation, minor burns, weather hazards, tripping or falling. I acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in these activities with knowledge of the danger involved and agree to assume all such risks.
Release of Liability
In consideration of being permitted to use the campfire site at A-Mazing Acres:
I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue A-Mazing Acres, its owners, agents, employees, or volunteers from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me or any members of my party, whether caused by the negligence of the releasees or otherwise, while participating in campfire activities or using the facilities.
Safety Agreement
I agree to:
- Supervise all children under the age of 18 at all times
- Keep fires within designated fire rings and under control
- Avoid using flammable liquids or materials not approved by A-Mazing Acres
- Follow all posted and verbal rules provided by A-Mazing Acres staff
Indemnification
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless A-Mazing Acres from any loss, liability, damage, or costs they may incur due to my participation or that of my guests.
By completing a campfire reservation at checkout, I, the undersigned, agree to the terms above.
